"Checkout was a pain"
I tried to check out twice and the payment page kept freezing, so I eventually just gave up. What made it even more frustrating was that it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for fixing it, the site, the payment provider, or someone else. Just felt like no one really owned the problem

"Sizing made me second-guess ordering again"
I ordered my usual size from Masseys Outfitters, but the fit was just odd. It was tight across the shoulders and somehow loose everywhere else. The return process wasn’t terrible, but it was still a hassle I didn’t expect to deal with. it kind of made me lose some confidence in their sizing.

"Packaging felt a bit rough"
My order showed up fine, but the box was crushed and the tape looked messy, like it had been passed around a bunch before getting to me. Thankfully nothing inside was damaged, so I guess the packaging did its job, but it didn’t look great

"Stock issues were frustrating"
The site itself was easy enough to use, but the out-of-stock stuff stood out more than anything else. A few items I actually wanted were either unavailable or only had limited sizes, which was annoying after browsing for a while. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but I definitely left feeling like the inventory could be kept more accurate.

I ordered some gear and it did show up, just not when the tracking originally said it would. It was a bit annoying waiting longer than expected, but nothing was damaged, so that was definitely good. I’d probably use them again, but next time I’d plan for a liiittle extra time just in case...

"I thought the site was straightforward..."
I thought the site was straightforward overall. I didn’t have much trouble finding the categories or product pages, and checkout was simple enough that I wasn’t second-guessing what to do next.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a few pages felt a little slow to load, though maybe I’m just being impatient. Some of the filters on mobile also felt a bit clunky to me, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d still use the site again

"I ordered two specific things from Masseys Outfitters..."
I ordered two specific things from Masseys Outfitters, and somehow neither one was right when the box arrived. I was surprised because it wasn’t like I placed a complicated order.

One item came in the wrong size, and the other was a completely different color than the one I picked. I double-checked my confirmation email, and everything on my end was correct, so I have no idea where it got messed up.
Now I’m stuck dealing with returns for a mistake I didn’t make, which is frustrating enough, but trying to get help feels like emailing a robot that just sends canned replies. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Found what I needed without the usual hassle"
I went in just looking for a couple pieces of outdoor gear and somehow ended up wandering around way longer than I meant to because they had so many brands, sizes, and options all in one place, and it was actually easy to compare things and find what I needed without feeling like I had to dig through everything forever. Overall, really solid selection and a smooth shopping experience.

"Slower shipping than I expected"
I ordered from Masseys Outfitters expecting the shipping to be standard, but it ended up taking longer than I thought it would. There weren’t many updates along the way either, so I was left wondering what was going on. The items were fine once they finally arrived, but based on what I expected, the wait was definitely annoying.

I had a harder time with the exchange than I expected. It took quite a while to get sorted out, and I didn’t really feel like I got much help along the way. The product itself was fine, but the return process could definitely be smoother.

"Refund finally came through, but the timing was frustrating"
I returned an item and did get my refund in the end, but the timing was annoying. It took longer than I expected, and of course it happened right when I could’ve really used the money back. Customer service responded fine enough, but I just wish the whole process had been quicker...

"Maybe it’s just me, but the quality wasn’t great"
I don’t know, maybe I’m a little hard on things, but this felt cheap right out of the box. I was hoping it would hold up better, but it didn’t last like I expected. Could be that I used it more than the average person, but overall I wasn’t really happy with the quality.
